シンガポールはフレッシュジュースが美味しい。ザ・ノウルズの入口にはフレッシュジュースのコーナーがあり、その種類の豊富さ故、まだテーブルに案内される前から足止めを食らってしまった。ウォーターメロン、ハニーデュー、ヤングココナッツ、少なくても3杯のフレッシュジュースを飲もうと考えていると、「Good Morning! Welcome to The Knolls. May I have your name please?」と、優しい笑顔で声をかけられた。
